Little Things

I'm finally back from the islands (St. Thomas to be exact) after a very very long day of delays and potential missed flights coming home. Feels good to be back even though there is about three feet of snow surrounding me. On my trip home, though, I did see this girl wearing these really cute Tory Burch gold flats. I like these way better than the plain black ones you usually see.

Lucious Leopard

Since leopard seems to return time and time again, I've decided to pull together some of my favorite leopard shoes. My favorite pair are the Guiseppe Zanotti shoes. They're perfect for tucking skinny jeans into, wearing tights with, or a hot little black dress.

I heart Wildfox

I was bored and a little stir crazy after a 9 hour day learning how to sew and sketch and got a little Wildfox happy on polyvore so I decided out of boredom to create some ideal outfits with some Wildfox Couture shirts since we love them so much! Check them out below:

Where my shorties at?

We've received a request from one of our viewers today. She said that she loves the over the knee boot paired with the over the knee socks look but she has just one problem: she stands at only 5'1. I'm sure many of you have the same problem as our reader. When you wear boots that are that high it cuts the amount of skin that is shown making you look even shorter than you already are. There is easily a way to get this look without sacrificing your height. If you're shorter, all you have to do is wear shorter boots. You can get this look with wearing socks that come up to just below the knee and boots that hit your mid-calf. You still get the same sock + boot look but this will elongate the look of your legs instead of cutting you short. I hope this helps my shorties and especially CZ.

Tory Burch gets an A+

Tory Burch nails it with her Resort 2011 collection. I love love love her all of the bold patterns she used. I could do without the space man snow boots but all of her garments are amazing! So far, she has my favorite collection. Keep it up!
