Good trend/bad trend?

This photo isn't that recent (a few weeks ago) but I have been seeing a lot of this bogus colored lipstick. It was cool in some of the runway shows but I'm really not sure how I feel about people actually wearing it in public. I mean Ke$ha looks like she just sucked down a blue snow cone. I think this is a little out of my comfort zone as far as every day fashion goes. What do you think?
