Why do men do this?

I don't give a shit who you are, celebrity, an emo punk, or just some dude on the street. First of all, jean shorts are NOT okay for a man. EVER. Secondly, look at the length. I mean I seriously want to go on a rant on how much of a moron Penn Badgley looks like. Please do not ever wear jean shorts. I shouldn't even have to say anything about the length cause capris are no good either. Make sure your jeans are regular jean length. This is a FAIL.
